About
Bob was born and raised on Wolfe Island and started his career in the hospitality industry. In 2000 he and a partner opened le Chien Noir Bistro, and 2 years later opened Atomica. Bob left the restaurant business when they decided to start a family.
Sue grew up in Toronto and left in 1990 to attend Queen’s University and has never left. Bob and Sue started investing in real estate in 2002, which led Sue to obtain her license in 2006. Bob then became licensed two years later when he decided to leave the restaurant industry.
The knowledge and experience Bob and Sue have gained in the Real Estate industry over the past 20 years allows them to help clients make informed choices when buying and selling property. Their dedication to staying current of new technology and updated industry information takes the stress out of the typical roller coaster ride many people have come to expect when purchasing or selling Real Estate.
Proud of the network of contacts they have made over the years, they attribute the success of these relationships to the values that are of utmost importance to them… honesty, reliability and consistent excellence of service.
“Nothing is more satisfying to us than witnessing the joy that our clients experience when they know they’ve found the perfect home. It’s nice to see dreams turn into reality and play a part in such positive relationships.”
Bob’s upbringing on a farm on Wolfe Island has helped him to develop somewhat of a specialization in rural properties. His knowledge and experience has helped make the sale of countless farm properties, which come with added considerations throughout the process, an easy one for many sellers over the years.
